Why SilkPath was created
SilkPath was founded in Shanghai by a foreigner who lived and worked in China for years. While communicating daily with international communities, we kept seeing the same problem: learners could pass exams, yet froze in real conversations — a business meeting, a taxi ride, a phone call with a supplier.
Instead of another fixed course to follow, we built an AI assistant that meets each learner where they are: it reads your own materials, explains real sentences in your language, drills pronunciation with native voices and generates the exact practice your goal requires. SilkPath is operated by Shanghai Biqian Technology Co., Ltd, and every feature is built for one purpose — turning study into practical, usable Chinese.

SilkPath is an AI learning assistant: vocabulary breakdowns, grammar analyses and practice content are generated in real time according to each learner's request and materials. There is no pre-packaged course list — every lesson is created on demand for the user.
