1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SilkPath or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of an institution or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services & Subscription Plans
SilkPath provides AI-assisted Chinese language learning tools, real-time bilateral interpretation, and vocabulary management systems. We offer Standard and Professional tiers on monthly and annual terms, as described on our Pricing page.
3. 7-Day Free Trial & Billing
Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day free trial upon checkout. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. We support payments via Credit Card (Stripe), Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
4. Refund Policy
If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied within 14 days of your initial payment, please contact support@silkpath.fun for a prompt review and full or pro-rated refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All platform code, user interfaces, branding, and specialized linguistic models are the exclusive property of SilkPath Language Technologies. You retain ownership of materials you upload for grammar extraction.
